Best Western El Rancho Palacio

We enjoyed our stay and had great interaction with the desk man greeting us and the Lady who set up the great breakfast room.

We would definitely stay again. It was clean, affordable and the staff was very friendly.

On the whole, it was a clean, decent place. The coffee pot provided in the room was a joke. My husband went to the office and ate breakfast, which he said he was impressed with.

No directions as to where the dining area was.

Everything was fantastic minus a few rude people that were staying at the hotel as well.

The rooms were small but fairly clean. The desk clerks were rude. Someone was working in one of the rooms, and then when we did get in, the air conditioner did not work, had to be moved.

Over all we loved the town. The hotel was a nice place to stay. The coffee pot was to small, most people drink more than 1 cup. A 12 cup pot would have been nice.

The motel has been remodeled and is very up to date. I have stayed here since the 1970s and it is better than it. Thank you for a very comfortable room and your TV had a very interesting selection. GREAT! ...read more
